Artist's Description
It was a day in the Caribbean, with beautiful water all around us and a clear blue sky. The red and white catamaran stood sill in the water, teasing us with it's presence and beckoning with it's call for adventure. Was it waiting for it's daily throng of passengers or just sitting idly by? This artwork deviates from my usual style of large brush strokes. It is more of contemporary realism within the water color realm of painting. In any case, sip your mojito or drink your beer and relax to the sound of the wind, waves, and Caribbean music that accompanies the view.

I feel most alive when I've recently photographed a location and use the photo as an inspiration for...
