This piece has been digitally painted in an artistic style by GW Mireles. I was intrigued by how the old style 1800's architecture popped out from the blue sky that morning. I decided to only include the upper spires and roofs of the buildings adding to the wonder of what was further below in the image, then adding large brush strokes to the blue sky further accentuating the angled structures.
