Don't you love it when you walk into a bakery and smell the fresh bread and cookies. The inspiration for this artwork came from such an experience when we walked into a bakery at the Market Square in San Antonio, Texas. I wanted to convey the texture, color and hopefully the same experience when people viewed this piece of art. The cookies, stacked, pink with sugar coating, the brush strokes delicate as if peering through glass at the delicious display.
