It was a picturesque morning with the sunrise coming over the Gulf of Mexico and the seawall on Galveston Island. I created Seawall Sunrise with deep oranges and burnt browns with large bristle brush strokes over the newly renovated trolly stop with it's tall location marker beside it. The slow waves from the Gulf of Mexico lapping up to the beach just on the other side of the seawall. The experience is conveyed for those who were not there.

From landscapes, to architecture, from visceral to our most human desires, my artwork is a window to the real world with a wrapper of artistic flair and feeling. I like creating artwork from real life as well as documenting travel locations under varying lighting conditions which guide my artistic mind.
