Artist's Description
It was a late afternoon on the lake, the sun casing a slight orange glow, the wind still. The lake house sits on the edge of the lake, this serene lake with the sky reflecting on the water. The impending darkness seen across the lake as the shadows crawl across the lakes border. Large brush strokes, shades of blue above the water with some finer strokes of green in the trees, but the stillness of the lake reveal the darkening colors as the sun sets.
